Their jobs consist of a lot of things actually. From making policies to being the backbone of the whole government to just being supports. Our leaders cannot do anything relative without their input and hard work behind the scenes. They have to actually be there at all times to be doing the menial labors that higher ups cannot and will not do because of their busy schedules. Besides, they just do not have the patience social workers do. That is why they need other people to do Political Social Work.
Taking into account that they will have to create some rules and regulations, workers here have to do a lot of research first. They need to follow some values and ethics. Policies that follow the code of conduct and morality our society has bombed us with through all these years. And that is just one of the things they do.
With that in mind, social workers also need to involve themselves a lot in what goes on in the news most of the time. Every single important event, maybe even the minor ones, have to be seen and possibly incorporated in whatever duties lies ahead for them. Stuff like presidential speeches and other related happenings will be taken into account.
Their voices sometimes shape the decisions. They actually have inputs that matter based on their level of intelligence and experience. The leaders would listen to them and mold their actions based on them and his own thoughts. After all, this leader was elected for a reason, so he should be putting that brain and talent to good use.
In all honesty, though, has he REALLY been the one in charge of everything he has done so far? Sure, he calls the shots most of the time, and we cannot really make light of what goes on in his brain. He is a president for a reason, after all. But to be honest, he does not actually take a substantial action without the voices of reason all around him, right?
Social workers, some of them, may not have this kind of influence and would rather opt to do their tasks on the sidelines. Rather than involve themselves directly, they will opt to do paperwork or filing, any kinds of office work will work for them and leave them contented no matter what. In retrospect, maybe not getting caught up that crossfire is a good idea if you do not want to get in trouble later on.
You do not actually see the vice president himself water some of those flowers that are decorated in the gardens of the building. Maybe you could if he is the type to like flowers and gardening. Maybe it could be a hobby of his and he genuinely actually enjoy that type of job and would do it occasionally if he was not busy in his office.
Which begs the question, why do they care? If it does not really affect them in any way, why bother criticizing? This could very well speak for the entirety of our race. Even the ones working behind the power. Not all of them have the integrity we hoped they had. They work there because it pays well, not because they fully support their leaders.
Even so, being a social worker has its perks in the end. Whether you are the type to willingly volunteer on such matters or not. Maybe getting some insight on what goes on behind the scenes is good too.
